What's for sale?
This is an old, signed French enamel coffee pot in white, decorated with a less common combination of horizontal, pale blue banding and gold-coloured pin-striping.
It's a medium-sized pot and is an attractive piece with good colours and with great look from years of use. It doesn't leak and pours well but we consider it to be for display only.
Who made it and when?
Printed on the base is the maker's mark "Etoile" (star in French) and a logo of a stylised star with a happy face. It was probably made around the mid 20th century.
